• Association Professionals
  MEM Property Management is expanding and frequently seeks qualified property management professionals with a proven track record and great references. Positions include Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance personnel. MEM manages properties with localities in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Thorough reference check, criminal background check, and post-offer, pre-employment substance abuse screening required.
• Property Manager
  Property Managers, will be responsible for all phases of operations as well as the day-to-day functions. The ideal candidates must demonstrate great leadership, interpersonal, management and communication skills. Must have a minimum of 5 years property management with multi-family building complexes. Advanced computer skills a must.
• Assistant Property Manager
  Assistant Manager, will handle day-to-day operations under the direction of the property manager. 2 years property management experience is a plus. Successful candidate will assist manager with daily community operations including but not limited to resident relations, service requests follow-ups, maintaining resident files, rent collection, and apartment inspections.
• Maintenance
  Experienced individuals needed to oversee all maintenance aspects of multi-family apartment communities. HVAC and Black Seal Certification required.
