Greenwich Chase is an attractive residential community comprising of 570 units, 500 single-family homes, and 35 duplexes, and offers pastoral, country living with convenient access to schools, shopping, commerce, and New York City.  Homes range from approximately 1,400 to more than 3,000 sq. ft. of interior living space.

Residents enjoy a wide variety of amenities including multiple recreational and common areas, four regulation size tennis courts, three Tot Lot playgrounds, and expansive walking and jogging paths.

“We are privileged to be chosen as the management company for the Greenwich Chase Homeowners Association and look forward to working with a highly engaged HOA board and supporting a terrific residential community,” says Martin Laderman, founder and CEO of mem property management.

Bus transportation is provided by the Warren County Transportation system. Major roadways in the area include Interstates 78 and 80, which travel east-west between Pennsylvania and eastern parts of New Jersey, and Route 31, which travels north-south from White Township to Trenton. Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown, PA, and Newark Liberty International Airport are both easily accessible.

Warren County has a very vibrant and active local business community, led by the Warren County Chamber of Commerce. The Warren County Farmers’ Fair, featuring the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival, attracts thousands of visitors from New Jersey and surrounding areas annually.  If your interests are of the outdoor variety, the area has ample hiking, biking, kayaking, hunting, and fishing.  Warren County’s parks offer nearly 2,000 acres of forest, meadows, streams, and lakes.

“Greenwich Chase residents appreciate the local arts and culture, abundant nature and outdoor activities, convenient transportation options and diversity, that combine to make Greenwich Chase a great place to live, work and raise a family,” said Laderman.
