Martin Laderman received a Bachelor of Business Degree from Bloomfield College of Business, with a major in accounting and a minor in marketing in 1980 Graduated in top 10% of class – High Honors He became actively involve in residential real estate upon the formation of MEM Properties. In 1982, Mr. Laderman joined a New Jersey based, Real Estate Management firm and served as its Vice President. He was active in the day-today responsibilities for the management of 25,000 units. While working as a residential building contractor, he recognized the importance and need for professional property management and started MEM Property Management in 1984.
Martin Laderman is a licensed New York and New Jersey Real Estate Salesman; a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Community Associations Institute (CAI); and strongly involved with the New Jersey Association of Realtors legislative activities. 1999 – Completed the “Essentials of Community Association Management" and in the process of obtaining the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) Designation.

Elvia C. Laderman received a Business Administration degree at University of Guayaquil, Ecuador. She has been a licenses insurance producer for the past 21 years with a strong knowledge and expertise in the areas of Commercial and residential properties.
