Business Continuity Plan

mem property management is operating at full capacity. Out of an abundance of caution, we implemented a portion of our Business Continuity Plan late last week, sending over 90% of our staff to work remotely. Due to our preparation and technology, we are able to operate normally with a dispersed team. Our onsite-office/management/accounting team remains ready to respond to any needs that our residents have at their communities; we have outfitted this group with protective wipes and sanitizer to ensure they follow CDC best practices.
We have no confirmed cases of COVID-19 nor have we heard of anyone with symptoms. However, these steps were taken to protect our team members and our operational capacity. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
