mem property management, a leading New Jersey property management company, recently promoted Matthew K. Laderman to vice president of operations. Since 2011, Laderman served as senior assistant property manager, where he was the primary contact for a wide range of service-related and administrative matters, coordinated service calls with building personnel and oversaw vendor supervision. Previously, Laderman held other positions within the company, assisting multiple property managers and the controller with various management responsibilities.
As vice president of operations, Laderman will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of residential properties throughout New Jersey. Laderman’s key areas of responsibility will include vendor management, inspections, property repairs and maintenance and ongoing engagement with community association representatives and boards members.
